OK, hands up if you’ve already lapsed on your New Years resolutions…….. I don’t make resolutions anymore but try to do more of the things that bring me happiness…….which mainly consists of walking and getting out in the big outdoors. I absolutely love my daily walk with Miss Brylie (beloved pooch). The lovely Claire Gurney is a specialist fitness and Pilates instructor based at Treat in Norwich, Norfolk¬†who we’ve teamed up with to offer the magical Back to Nature Weekends.
